Hello all!
The weather has been so nice lately it's hard to stay inside to sew! Every night when we get home my son is dying to ride his new bike. How can I say no when it's so nice out? Janice is on a well deserved vacation to the beach with her sisters. Every picture of the sand and surf she sends make me miss the days of summer and I can't wait til they return in a few short months.
Thank you to all the ladies who came to our BFF Day last Saturday! I've heard a lot of great feedback and we hope you all had a wonderful day.
We've refreshed the front entry with some shamrocks and Easter bunnies and fun little projects and kits. Each month we have a tea towel kit from the Little Bloomers pattern that we carry. Also, Susan put together some new sewing mug rug kits from this great panel. Check them out!
Educational Opportunities
Faye's Technique Tuesday on the calendar for Tuesday, February 23rd has been canceled due to lack of participation. The March 8th Technique is for Pieced Circles and if interested, please call, stop by or sign up online.
Faye also has her Fabulous Endings class quickly approaching on Tuesday, March 1st. She is offering a full day session and a two-part night session for those who work during the day. She will have you explore more than 15 different ways to finish the edges of your quilt while making a notebook full of samples. Click here for more details.
Just a reminder to sign up at least a week in advance of class. We want to be able to give at least 5 days notice for teachers and students to plan accordingly.
